Jann Van Dyke

Jann and Buzz first met on a blind date.  She was a junior in college, and he was attending Vietnamese Language School in Washington DC.  Buzz’s first glimpse of Jann was while she was performing in a “Welcome to College” play.  She walked onto the stage wearing a red lame mini skirt with her blonde hair going to her waist.  Buzz immediately leaned over and told his host, “I’m going to marry that woman.”  Two and a half years later, after his return from Viet Nam, they had (for them) a traditional wedding.  They were married by a Justice of the Peace at midnight on Friday the 13th.  They have been on a continuous honeymoon for the fifty plus years since.  Although they both perform independently, they most enjoy their opportunities to perform together.
